Gently pressed, racked to seasoned French oak barriques for fermentation and maturation. A different year, a riper, richer style with the scent of honey drizzled peaches and pears, spiced apple and almond meal. Bright and juicy and so creamy across the middle palate; the perfect conduit for ripe stone fruit, apple and pear dressed in gingery spice. Stays with you a long time. A strong gris style capable of going head to head with chicken and pork dishes.
